This is probably the best shopping experience that I have ever had. I started communicating with SL Automotive a couple of weeks before buying the BMW 520d M-Sport vehicle and they provided up to date information regarding vehicle readiness. They did a video tour, answered all questions, shared vehicle data. Above all they we non pushy in selling, which made me comfortable to take a 3hr travel to Oxford. They picked me up from train station, spent as much time viewing the vehicle. It was totally spotless as described. By the time I took it for Test Drive, the decision was made. I bought the BMW 520d Sport Edition Touring. They even had a follow up call checking if I was happy with the purchase. I would recommend anyone to SL Automotive. I bought an Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio from Steve at SL Automotive, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. It was my first dealings with them and I was very impressed. With such a specialist vehicle it was important to me to get answers to specific questions, and no matter what I asked or wanted addressing Steve was responsive, honest, and up front with his answers and actions. From being flexible around test drive timings, right the way through to quality of handover when I collected the vehicle, everything was friendly customer focussed. The quality of the vehicle was outstanding, and where I had areas I wanted addressing (which were extremely minimal!) he sorted it accordingly. I would certainly use SL Automotive for future purchases, and recommend them particularly for their range of Quadrifoglios!

I had a two hour drive to view an Evoque which appeared to be everything that I wanted and I wasn’t disappointed when I got there. It was exactly as described in the advert and Steve was so helpful that I was able to px my car and drive home in the Evoque.
